The Lodge

The shared lounge is the perfect place to relax on the comfy leather lounge suite and enjoy the view, unwind with a glass of wine and good conversation, or read a book in front of the log fire.

The large, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with microwave, gas hob, electric oven, large fridge, toaster, bread maker and all the necessities.

Children are welcome when the full lodge is rented.

Cuisine

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in your tarriff and includes plenty of fresh fruit and Marg's home made bread. Cooked breakfasts include French Toast with bacon and banana. Grilled hash with eggs and bacon or eggs with smoked salmon scrambled eggs. Farmers breakfast of which includes bacon,eggs,sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms and hash.

Light Meals and Platters
There is always complimentary fresh fruit and NZ cheeses. Try Marg's home baking, we want you to feel at home so help yourself to teas and coffees and drinks in the fridge, all complimentary.  A delicious platter of olives, cheese, breads and dips can be provided for $40.

Dinner
Dinners by prior arrangement when booking are available at $75 pp. A set menu is provided and usually includes locally produced beef or NZ lamb, fresh fish and home grown vegetables,when available. We do 3 courses and local wines are included.
